줄거리

음악으로 기억될 사랑의 순간 | 사랑하고 그리워하고 나는 너를 노래한다

거리에서 노래를 부르는 ‘그’. 그의 노래를 들으며 그 노래 속에 숨겨진 사랑의 아픔을 한눈에 알아보는 ‘그녀’와의 만남. 그의 음악을 응원해주는 그녀 덕에 그는 용기를 얻게 되고, 런던에서의 오디션을 위해 앨범을 녹음하기로 결심한다. “그녀가 만들어내는 피아노 선율이 나의 마음을 설레게 한다. 그녀가 부르는 노래가, 그녀가 만드는 음악이 나의 마음을 사로잡는다.” 음악을 통해 두 사람은 서로를 이해하고 호감을 느끼기 시작한다. 앨범이 완성 되는 만큼 서로의 매력에 빠져드는 두 사람. “그녀는 나의 노래를 완성시켜준다. 우리가 함께 하는 선율 속에서 나는, 나의 노래는 점점 그녀의 것이 되어간다.” 한 곡, 한 곡 완성되는 음악처럼 그들의 감정은 점점 깊어져 가고…

영화를 본 후의 후기

이 영화는 보면서 로맨스 영화는 별로 좋아하지 않았던 필자에겐 새로운 충격으로 다가왔다.

영화를 보고난 후 예상했던 결말과는 비슷하지만 사뭇 다른느낌으로 다가왔었다.

결말은 영화 "라라랜드" 과 비슷하지만 순전히 사랑의 아픔 + 음악으로 전개되어 연애는 안한것 같기 떄문에 예상결말이 달랐던 것 같다.

뻔한 사랑이야기로 시작해서 사랑노름을 하지 않는다는 것에 감사드리며 음악에 집중해주신 감독과 제작진들에게 경의를 표한다.

영화제작 후에도 영화 "원스"의 주인공인 마르게타 이글로바, 글렌 핸사드는 그룹 "스웰시즌"으로 활동하고 있다.

영화를 끝가지 본 후 필자는 새로운 인생 음악을 찾은 것 같았다. 바로 영화 "원스"의 OST들이다.
